So far my post have been directed to individual members of the church. This post is directed at the leadership, the elders, the deacons, or whatever your local church's ruling body is called. Everyone in a church leadership role should ask themselves the questions presented in the article found below if they even remotely think that they may be dealing with an abusive, controlling pastor.
